Long post ... I returned from Bangkok on Sunday, after spending nine days in Silom.  After all of my planning and worry about missing out on sex in Bangkok; which is why I was busying myself with trying to book guys in massage spas, I ended up not going to any at all.  I changed my Grindr profile to  👀mb🍆 and then used google translate to write a short description - caucasian bottom in Bangkok for 9 days looking for well hung money boy tops.  From the moment I opened Grindr after I arrived in the hotel (Ibis Styles Silom), I was flooded with messages from money boys, and "not-money-boys" but happy to get a little reward for their time...

So, I was completely blown away in a good way by my visit to Thailand for the guys, the sex and the experience generally.  It was so much better than my first time to Thailand 20 years ago (when I was a top), though I am not entirely sure why.  Maybe I am a bit more mature or worldly than I was back then... I can really see myself retiring to Thailand in ten years or so to an apartment in Silom or a traditional Thai house on the outskirts of Bangkok (who knows?).  I'd be best to take a few more trips to Thailand between now and then to confirm that's what I want to do.  When is my next trip?  December 2023 already booked! 🙏

PS.  There's not much point in doing individual reviews (as I said I would do in the case of massage spa boys) on the money boys I met off grindr because they change profile names so often and fall off and back on grindr even during my 9 days there.  It's very easy to hook up on Grindr in Bangkok and my success rate of getting exactly what I was looking for was very very high.  But do watch out for guys who do drugs.  I had one go off his face in my hotel room after taking something before he arrived.  After that experience I always made it clear that I wanted no NO DRUGS - NO HI...

Grindr isn't your friend in Thailand. That's why Blued and Hornet usually win. 

Their algorithm detects talk of "money" or "money boy", and after some woke prat in their moron department reviews it they are quick to ban those accounts. Ah ok - one of the guys keeping in touch with me said yesterday he was banned from grindr so I guess that may have been the reason.  They don't seem to have cottoned onto me just using the term "mb" but i did have hornet and blued installed on my phone before I went to thailand just in case i was banned.  Turns out this time I didn't need them.  But it's better to have several options.

I stay there in Jan, no problems with visitors, rooms ultra modern, well organized  but very small . Typing this I,m in Furama Sathorn, older hotel, room twice of size of Ibis,s fir half price.

international brands (ie, Meridien) still asking big bucks. But there are bargains to be had elsewhere.

I liked the Ibis Styles.  It was in a good central location for getting Grab to wherever I wanted to explore around the city, there were plenty of street food vendors and malls very nearby to satisfy whatever you want to eat (typical for Asia in my experience and something I miss when I am in Australia.)  It is a busy hotel and the reception is pretty much attending to guests arriving / departing from very early to very late.  None of my several visitors were ever checked, but because the elevators / floors are secure I needed to meet each guy at the bottom of the lifts and then take them back up to my room.  It was interesting to see one of my first MBs getting onto the lift with another customer at the same time as I was collecting an new MB.  Strange experience that was.  But the MB was incredibly hot and I had him back several times anyway, including to watch him fucking another guy.  Just thinking about it I am suffering severe withdrawal symptoms, I enjoyed my trip so much.  I'm already booked for another 10 days in December, and really looking forward to it.  Seriously thinking about retiring to Bangkok!

that's primary purpose they try to keep in touch, to have avenue if they need some cash. Not necessarily scamming you , those are mostly poor boys with constant requests from family to send money but if you not careful it may become tiring and draining quite fast. Nothing wrong with helping from time to time  if you feel like , you may actually feel better too for helping.
