Four separate grand juries have now indicted Trump. Blaming elected officials for doing their jobs is 100% Trump. You know what is ethically wrong and patently illegal? Pressuring an official to manipulate vote counts. Also having a plan before the election for fake electors then following through with it. Also, sedition and inciting an insurrection. 1 hour ago, EmmetK said: It's about time the overwhelmingly GOP Georgia legislature woke up. Don't know if they have the votes needed to impeach WIllis, but they definitely have the votes to defund her agency. Try to follow thru with this fake political prosecution when your agency has no funds. If Trump is innocent, why are all these efforts going into destroying the agencies of law and order? Perhaps Trump should just stay away from committing crime instead. Impossible, I know. 1 hour ago, EmmetK said: Only an imbecile or extreme partisan would say she was only doing her job. Crossing state lines to bolster her false charges proves she is not working as a COUNTY DA. If what you say were true, the charges would be thrown out of court. We both know what you say has no substance. 1 hour ago, EmmetK said: Too bad that Booty willis isn't spending as much time on her crime-laden Fulton County as she is on politicizing on the false voter fraud charges against Trump and associates. I'm sure that is what her constituents THOUGHT she would be doing rather than wasting their taxpayer dollars on hyping and funding her next election. I personally hope that this grandstanding will come back and bite her in her ample butt. The good news for the taxpayers of Fulton County is that the DA's office will soon be defunded. Every taxpayer in Fulton County should get a check in the mail. Here we go with the deflection. Zero efforts to prove Trump is innocent, simply destroy every person, no matter the party, who tries to stop his crime spree. Threaten Grand Jury members for doing their civic duty. Leak their information so they are put in peril of their lives. Only cowards threaten innocent people simply fulfilling their duty to the country. I'd say the GOP legislature wouldn't be idiotic enough to destroy and defund it's own legal apparatus but we see every day just how destructive Trump and his cohorts are. 1 hour ago, EmmetK said: The fruits of Affirmative Action are there for all to see. At the moment, it is ONLY the liberals upholding law and order in the US. There are very few GOP politicians or supporters who are upholding the law, upholding the constitution or being the patriots they claim to be. Instead they seem intent on destroying the country they claim to love. Where do you think all this ends no matter if Trump is convicted or if GOP destroy the rule of law to save Trump? Trump is stoking a civil war and people like you are cheering him on. Phoenixblue and alvnv 2 Quote

And based on the crime statistics in Atlanta, the Fulton County DA's office is about as effective in dealing with "law and order" as Crackhead Hunter is in maintaining his sobriety. Everything Moore said is 100% accurate - now we need to see some ACTION on those words! But on the topic of weaponization, who is threatening to slowly and sadistically kill Republican Brad Raffensperger's wife and family ? Quote “You and your family will be killed very slowly,” read one anonymous text Tricia Raffensperger told Reuters was sent on April 24. What part of being a 1) Black 2) female 3) liberal 4) educated 5) Democratic 6) bitch did we ever expect Trump's election deniers to like? Call me naive, but I would have thought that if you substitute a conservative White Republican Guv and Secretary of State, who tend to pick on Black activists trying to register people to vote, and who both are saying the same thing about a fair ang honest election, and who both won re-election handily ... well, I just thought reason and fact and comity might prevail. Okay, I know. Silly of me to think that way. But the death threats? Why so harsh? And who is talking about "weaponization"? And why? Phoenixblue and alvnv 2 Quote

BLM-loving Fat Fani got indictments of 19 white men. That should make her Black Panther father very proud. He hated white people too. Fani is a perfect example of a low intelligence individual who was handed a degree without having to display a level of competence, and consequently she’s violating the 1st Amendment rights of President Trump. Georgia should be ashamed and take matters into their own hands, as suggested by the good Georgia State Senator Colton Moore and impeach her before she can do more damage to State of Georgia. If you are right then the cases will be thrown out of court so no need for the abuse, bullying, sexism, threats or even the abuse of the legislature right? Members lookin Posted August 21, 2023 Members Posted August 21, 2023 The other day I watched a biography of Al Capone. 📺 👀 He had roughly the same respect for state and federal law as Trump has, and there was no shortage of folks trying to get him in front of a jury. What I found interesting is that Capone never once hollered 'Witch Hunt' nor did he accuse anyone of 'weaponizing' the judicial system against him. He just played a straight-up game of 'Catch-me-if-you-can.' Which they could and which they did. Early on, he did time at the Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, where he had a pretty sweet setup. The warden would come to his cell and listen to the radio. Eventually the Feds got hold of him on tax evasion and figured it would be good PR to send him to their new federal prison on Alcatraz. He didn't do so well there, as they soon diagnosed a long-untreated case of syphilis which had begun to rot his brain and left him confused and delusional. After a long stay in the prison's hospital wing, he got an early parole to go home and be with his family in Miami Beach. I don't know why I bring all this up in a thread about Donald Trump. I guess their lifelong devotion to skirting the law is one thing that binds them together. And the years of mayhem they left in their wake. But Capone never spent all day every day bellyaching about being treated 'unfairly', and Trump never managed to find a good haberdasher. Not so far anyway. alvnv and stevenkesslar 2 Quote

Calling out the incompetence of a black person is not racist. It is a tool used by the left to silence their opponents. Criticize a black person and you are automatically labeled a racist. That sounds pretty racist to me. ANYONE can question the validity of an election...ANYONE! And considering the corruption that is prevalent in Georgia elections, NOT questioning the validity should be considered irresponsible without a full forensic audit. President Trump, just like you and me, has a right to SAY whatever he likes. There is nothing in that phone call that is in any way criminal. President Trump's first amendment right of freedom of speech is what is being attacked and charged! How can anyone be charged for speaking out...regardless of what they say? They have the right to freedom of speech and that applies to all speech (except, of course, something like screaming "fire" in a theater, but intelligent people, unlike Fat Fani, understand that). alvnv and stevenkesslar 1 1 Quote
forky123 Posted August 21, 2023 Posted August 21, 2023 You weren't simply criticising. I'm not going back through your posts as the sexism, racism, lies and random fluffing and felching of Trump you do in them turns my stomach. You really need to read up on the first amendment. You can say pretty much what you like. You can lie about what you like and both you and Trump do that far too often. Once Trump starts phoning and texting people to pressure officials into changing a vote. Once he engages in a conspiracy with others to overthrow an election, post fake electors and pressure officials it is not free speech and not covered by the first amendment. At that point it is a crime. Georgia, and other states, have robust legal challenges that can be made if you have proof that there has been election corruption or mistakes. Trump's lawyers lodged over 63 different lawsuits but provided zero evidence to back up his claims. Only the incredibly stupid keep going on about a "fixed" election. Funny thing is though, even if there had been provable problems with the election, Trump has failed to prove anything of substance, his actions would still be illegal. stevenkesslar and alvnv 2 Quote

Or maybe they just didn't like Walker's story about cows fucking cows? Who knows? This is a great example of what Clintonista Doug Sosnik said 2022 came down to, and 2024 will likely come down to. Sosnik: "What defined the 2022 campaign is we're voting against crazy. If that's gonna be the driver in defining what this campaign is about in 2024, the Democrats are gonna win. If it's about Trump's ad [about how the economy was better when Trump was POTUS) that's gonna be a difficult election for Democrats." Kristol: "And what do you think is more likely?" Sosnik: "Crazy." My hunch is this is why the GOP is quickly become the party of the Black working class. All Democrats like me do is elect snobs like Obama and Harris. Republicans show their respect to graduates of HBUs like Howard and respected Georgia law schools like Emory by calling them fat bitches. Clearly, the Republicans know better than me. 🤪 Quote

It does not mean freedom to lie, defraud, swindle, perjure, defame, incite riots, provide state secrets to a foreign power, slander, or any other kind of illegal speech. Yes, shouting "Fire!" in a crowded movie house, to incite injury to others, is an obvious example even a 6 year-old can understand. However, what people say often has to be regulated for societal good. Telling an election official "I want you to find me 12,000 votes" is another category of speech that is not protected, as it constitutes election fraud.
