the goal is to lose it but not just doing one time but everyday while I’m visiting.

I advise against your first time in a sauna, just because it is not the best option as @riobard pointed above. Instead, I advise using the sauna to interact with several boys and pick one you feel the most comfortable with. You take that one to your airbnb or hotel, and there with time and comfort, you will have a better experience.

This is so true.  A GP who speaks English has probably been around for a while.  That's how they learn English.  And, they know how to play games on you, deliver less than promise, fake an orgasm, cut short their time with you, ask more money while in the room for "extra" service...etc.   I am speaking from my personal experience.
