Santo Domingo - 3rd report: Juan Binbin

Walked there at around 13:00, 12 mnts from my hotel at the other end of El Conde. Gglmps address and foto - accurate (door is blue rather than yellow). I think there r circa 6-7 rooms; place is VERY clean and neat. Juan speaks good+ English; I waived practicing my Spanish.

Of course, the guys will ask for more initially so keep your wits about you when negotiating prices.

Latbear4blk.... the saunas I recently went to in Pereira and Manizales were charging 120,000 pesos ( about $25 US) for all sex, con leche, for an hour with very attractive big dicked tops in regular rooms with big beds. So it seems considerably less expensive than DR. Does that sound correct?

Correct. But my problem with the DR is not the prices. 99% of the stories I hear are about the place being a paradise for bottoms. I am not looking for tops and big dicks. Colombia and Brazil have me more than satisfied.

The rest of the Dominican culture (beyond sex) seems nice, but it does not inspire my curiosity or desire to visit.

The money isn't an issue with me either, it's still a lot less than home. I was just surprised at the difference. What I really liked in Colombia was the quality of the men compared to Canada. The guys in Colombia made a genuine effort to make sure I enjoyed myself compared to the indifference of a lot of the $300 CAD escorts at home. One guy was older and heavier than in his photo, but he was fun to be with and I really enjoyed myself so it was a good lesson for me.

Your assumption is correct. Having visited both countries within the last 7-8 months, including Pereira, I confirm that Colombia in all aspects are much cheaper than D R. Roughly speaking D R is double price. 
 

As for the quality of guys for hire I would rate them equally. If your preference is black/dark skinned rough guys with big dicks you will like D R. Paisa chicos are different (light skinned and many will say more handsome) and yes, some have big dick as well ofc

Just curious, I have been to the DR many, many times but thinking of Columbia. Is it fair to compare Pereira prices to a capital like Santo Domingo? Bogota or Medellin I would not question. But, this feels like comparing New York to Scranton PA. Just wondering

Indeed Pereira or similar Colombian towns are a bit cheaper than Bgta and Cartagena. But still the prices in Bgta, Medellin and Cartagena are far lower than in D R. 
 

Actually, most prices are lower in S D than in tourist areas like Punta Cana and Puerto Plata. This also applies to rent guys (rates in Punta Cana are considerably more higher)

This is NOT true.  They bottom. They dont want nobody to know.  An American I met in Santo Domingo fucked 2 boys that fucked me.  Said he did it because I wouldnt give him some ass. 🙄 One of the guys, a tight 20 yr old dreadhead couldnt look me in the eyes anymore.  I didnt care.

Hotel prices are high in my opinion.  Food , men and transport are cheap.  thinking about going ot Colombia for a couple months this winter.  need a local to help me find an apartment because hotels too high.

Oh! I never check hotels. I plan a trip to Medellín in November; Airbnb prices are reasonable. Part of the problem is that the city's popularity has exceeded the infrastructure. There are relatively fewer "us quality" places to rent than in other cities. Of course, you can rent at incredible prices if you get a local agent.
