St Moritz has announced an upcoming branch in Medellín. No details yet. Makes sense, I suppose, as Medellín does not seem to possess a venue of equivalent format.

Apparently will be located right around the corner from Hotel Bliss Suite, as many know is east of Parque Bolivar and the cathedral.

looks across Oriental from the infamous Calle 57 bars. there was a sauna on Calle 57, wonder if it's open? also there was a sauna or gigolo house somewhere around this place. Medellin certainly has the biggest stock of G4P goodlookers, just no place to work their trade since Club Tobi closed. I've stayed at the Gran Hotel and while friendly, they're not that friendly.

It’s saintmoritzbogota for the main site  … likely an error in the banner ad or not yet up & running. But even the main site banner ads for Bogotá depict saintmoritzsauna, so an error there as well or perhaps they are in the midst of organizing two web pages or one web page that is neutral in terms of the two locations.

Will try to upload the photo I took later, but it is definitely under construction presently. Would expect that they are at least 4 months away from opening, probably in time for La  feria de las flores in August.

They are all open, each attracts a different crowd. Happened to be in the area yesterday and Sauna Cruising was full with a line up at 5pm. I didn't walk up to El Castillo, but i have been told that is the spot of choice for young "pollos" here in Medellín.

I think so. Haven’t been. The trade specificity had been at Bliss Hotel in the same zone, setting for two 3rd party escort outfits. IMO not worth one’s time. Perhaps that reality spurred a St Moritz branch in the area.

Yes, they all cater to gay men looking for sex. However the facilities differ between the properties. Sauna 55, Spartacus and Sauna Cruising are like a classic gay bath house.  Did not have time to visit San Moritz but may consider it on my return. Medellin gets pretty worked up during La feria de las flores.

If you are currently in Medellín then any time is good to visit as the city is in full party mode for Feria de las flores.

As noted in other discussions, the tradition in Colombia is to visit the saunas after work (6-8pm) or on the weekend afternoons. There will usually be a good crowd from 4pm onward. I plan to add to the Business listings and may visit this location on this trip.

Based on my visit at Club 55 on a Saturday afternoon last month and info from the staff there, the most busy days are Sunday afternoons (around 5-7 PM) followed by Saturday afternoon (5-8 PM)

On the Saturday afternoon I'm talking about there was a constant flow of men coming to and leaving the sauna (the staff told me that 150-200 guests during a Sunday afternoon/evening is normal) but overall it was quite busy. A lot action (groping and sucking) in the wet and dry saunas and cruising on the first floor where the cabins are (and 2 large screens with gay porn). I was a bit surprised by the high number of young and fit guys there (some had gym fit bodies and were very attractive) but as most often in saunas (not restricted to saunas in Colombia) your chance of groping or sucking a young fit guy or having sex in a cabin with a young muscle guy or gym rat will diminish with your age and if being out of shape. To put it out loud, the young attractive guys at Club 55 or any Colombian sauna are not there to have sex with mature overweight foreigners but will be looking for guys of similar kind. There is also a social aspect to it as many guys will be coming in groups of 2-4 to relax, spend time in the jacuzzi, chatting, to smoke weed, have a beer/drink etc before or after action in the wet or dry saunas or upstairs. But this should not discourage you from visiting as nevertheless it is possible to have a good and enjoyable time there. Entrance fee is 25 mil.

I didn't see any guys soliciting massage (and more) during my time in Club 55 but admittedly I didn't inquire about this with the staff there. 2 attractive masseurs were available at Phisicus 21 in Cali.

These days, I'd bring someone I found on an app or mileroticos with me, so there's a sure thing at least.

I do this in Sao Paulo when going to a place like Upgrade Club for example. One time there was a guy sitting on the floor, next to the urinal waiting for piss. I'd talk to him when I was in there, I told him I won't pee on him because I don't want him to get drunk 😆. Seemed like a nice guy, could be a lawyer or politician for all I know, but on subsequent visits, he'd ask who I brought or how many I brought, lol

I convinced a friend here that we needed to do some research yesterday. Will write up more in the Business listings but as the newest sauna in Medellín this place is popping currently. New, clean, friendly service with massage attendants.

Live and learn.... found out today St Moritz in Medellin is really quiet on Sundays. It was hopping on Friday. But today only a few pretty chicos and one masculine guy were working. Fortunately the masculine guy is very good at his job. The three hottest guys there were civilians. They were holed up somewhere. But two came out to put on a BJ show in the bar area with one going down on his very tall, very good looking friend. I think they may have been northern Euros given how blonde the really tall one was and no sign of a suntan. Also found out the front desk has a street cam so you can see when your ride arrives. I went out to the deserted street a few minutes early and a guy appeared out of nowhere heading straight to me. I headed back in and the desk guy opened the door right away and the stranger followed me in. He left after a couple minutes of conversation. They wouldn't let me leave until we saw the Uber pull up. The desk guy and the masculine massage guy came out with me both shirtless and looking very macho. I was glad because the stranger was hanging out across the street.

It's very nice inside. Based on the past few days it was a better place to be a top than a bottom. Only one active massage guy. He was great though, had a fun time. There are also regular guys too of course.

I will be coming there in 4 weeks, Do they have a good selection of Massage Therapists there like the Sauna St. Moritz in Bogota? In Bogota, most of them are from Venezuela. I wanted to get a massage from a Paisa.
