Report: arriving in Phnom Pehn

Landed in PP with a connecting flight from BKK, at 18:55.
Was out of the airport half an hour later.
On site visa was $35.

Opposite the exit there's a taxi counter.
I asked for a price; he showed me an $18 ticket.
I said it should be 10; he switched to a 12 ticket.
[My hotel's offer was 15.]
It took 30 minutes to arrive at hotel in city center.
