Tarntawan Apartments

Does anyone know anything about Tarntawan Apartments ? Their website is still up but when I click on Reservations it comes up as invalid request and they aren't answering emails, just wondering if it's still open for business or temporarily closed or just closed down? I was going to refer them to a friend that's heading to Bangkok next year for 3 months.

it was managed for many years by Lucas who also managed Tarntawan Hotel and operated Dick’s Cafe on Twilight.
