Avani is luxurious big hotel with all the facilities of luxurious hotel including swimming pool and lovely spacious gardens and prime location at the centrum of Pattaya next to Royal Garden mall,East Suites is small boutique guesthouse with no facilities at all although you have a free access to Zing Hotel and Jomtien area is in general less expensive than Central Pattaya. I am not sure about guests policy at the Avani you have to check. East Suites is gay / guests friendly . vinapu 1 Quote
