Patong (Phuket) Accommodations

Any recommendations for 1-month rentals in the Patong area for up to $1,000 or so (other than AirBnB)? Preferably, a nice apartment close to the beach and nightlife (Paradise Complex).

Is there a particularly good agency/realtor/online site to work with? 

But, in general, any advice on the best way to locate such a rental would be appreciated.

Check with Aquarius Guesthouse or Connect Guesthouse for the possibility of long rental options at the heart of Paradise Complex .

Booking.com is the best to find an apartments and there are plenty locations close to the beach and all attraction places. All the best,
