reader Posted July 29, 2022 Posted July 29, 2022 From Richardbarrow.com The Luang Phor Pan Festival at Wat Mongkol Kothawas in Klong Dan, Samut Prakan Province, will this year take place from 28th October to 3rd November 2022. The big parade on land and sea is on 28th October at 6:09am. This is one of my favourite festivals in Thailand.
