"Doomed" to Brazil?

A strait bullet went through my windshield (at night, I was not driving). Did I say before I feel safer in South American than in the USA?

I was planning a trip to Colombia, but unfortunately I have to cancel. Not only I had to get another car, but also will have to spend a lot of money on a dental treatment. Any plans of traveling is postponed to not earlier than April. I am serious about going to Medellin, however there are mysterious powers sending me suggestive signs. Take a look at my new car's license:

Eeesh … Sorry about the damages and setbacks. 

But as to fortune-yelling, prognosticating license plates, I thought it might be if you work part-time taking in washing, completing 8 loads of others’ laundry more quickly and efficiently will pay for one GdeP trick, and you would not charge a service task.
