We spent the holiday weekend in Santo domingo with a few of Manny's new men who provided their expert services.

Remember when arriving and leaving the DR you have to complete the e-ticket. Do it at home the night before you travel and screenshot the qrc code. Complete it before you leave your hotel when leaving the dr because there was mass confusion when we arrived to SDQ. 

They will not let you advance to the security line if it isn't done and the internet at the airport was weak when we arrived so complete the e-ticket before you leave your residence in the DR and screenshot the qrc code.

Manny also has a doctor who will come to you to administer your covid test and have the results within an hour.

Aha, so it is, uniquely, for both coming and going, where going follows the cumming. And a third step is what hoops need clearance based on return to your nation of origin … with the test optionally facilitated by Señor Manny.

***** However, is the CoV test you take in LDR, that is the typical requirement for entry back to your home country, used for both exit procedure in LRD and entered into their system for ability to leave, AND ALSO used for an authorization that your home country might require?? For example, coming back to Toronto I would complete LRD exit procedure PLUS the ArriveCAN app, (the latter I already know definitely required) ? …  but not all countries one visits requires that same kind of formal exit procedure AFAIK.

The crazy thing is they only checked the e ticket when we entered the country.

They made such a big deal when it was time to leave SDQ, but no one ever scanned the code when we left sdq. They just glanced at the phone and never scanned after that. 

So many ppl were frustrated because the sdq internet was spotty. Its best to do the process before you leave your airbnb.

Did Manny send the guy over after you selected from pictures, or did you go to an apartment party where the guys are there to examine?

If you don't have the eticket fully completed does that mean they can stop you boarding your return flight?

They will stop you from boarding. Actually, you won't get past the 1st security check point in SDQ. it's a simple process though, but its best to do it before you leave the hotel or airbnb because the internet is probably stronger there.
