I hope that you get all  you want and more in SDQ.  Last time I was through town in 2015, there was a local legend named "Miguel" that hangs out at Paco's in the late afternoon/early evening -- often with his wife and two kids.  Miguel is a pro through and through (his wife knows and approves) and his 27cm dick should leave you satisfied.  Caveat he charges US prices--you have been warned and worth every penny. 

On the Ezequiel front, I just wanted to say that his network of boys is just a value-add service and is not his core business. If you want to rent a boat and go to secluded, private islands and beaches, my boy has you covered. But providing escorts to customers is just a side hustle and not core to his business. Word to the wise, Ezequiel will do his best, but that is not really what he is about. Side note, Ezequiel does make for some damn fine Dominican eye-candy.

If you are feeling adventurous, you may want to head over to the Avenida Venezuela (east side of Santo Domingo) and the dozens of bachata and disco clubs found there. Your Grindr account should light up like a Christmas tree as many locals choose this locale as their night out spot of choice. There is an excellent selection of "straight" dick to be found there.

When I started this post about PC I was looking for updated info and am amazed how many others have input on the scene. Would love to start another about Samana, which is a whoooooole other vibe and deserves more awareness/discussion.

Appreciate all the info and my agenda is sticking around the colonial zone at my favorite haunts, and one new adventure is visiting Marlowe's. 

Btw, have had a few recommendations for Samaná and encourage you to start a thread on it.

Samaná peninsula is a fascinating part of the country, best known for the whales that come each year (Jan-April) to give birth and the famous beaches along the north Atlantic shore. Playa Rincón is located in Samaná   https://www.roughguides.com/dominican-republic/the-samana-peninsula/

There is some amazing history here as well. There are a number of restaurants, bars and businesses in the town where you can meet locals.
