Members Riobard Posted August 5, 2020 Members Posted August 5, 2020 Georgia on my mind. [Moving this theme out of the Quebec topic]. Three 1st day examples for the state. The superintendent of the school with the crowded hallway photo wrote that kinks need to be ironed out and that masks cannot be enforced. He quoted that the public health guidelines stipulated that close contact of a 15-minute duration was required for transmission, so he concluded that brief breaches of distancing should be of little consequence at point of transfer pinch-points. Members Latbear4blk Posted August 5, 2020 Members Posted August 5, 2020 I have been bitching about spending this summer is DC. However, I am happy to be now in the capital. Our public schools are going 100% virtual. AdamSmith 1 Quote
TotallyOz Posted August 6, 2020 Posted August 6, 2020 It is a real mess to have students and teachers be required to go to school unless they can require social distancing. IMHO, it is a nightmare. Lucky 1 Quote
