Members Riobard Posted July 23, 2020 Members Posted July 23, 2020 (edited) Montrealer retrofits some of his dispensing machines with surgical masks. Required in indoor public spaces but some folks leave home without a supply. Obviously may as well convert condom dispensers as well. Members JKane Posted July 23, 2020 Members Posted July 23, 2020 Only issue with that is in the US the largest common coin denomination is a quarter, but then again $0.50 would actually be a reasonable price for a surgical mask... Also there's some kind coin shortage plus many just don't carry change. Otherwise a great idea... Quote

For how long do you think coins and paper bills will still be massively used? Soon you will get your condoms and tampons crediting the 50c to a card. Quote
Members Riobard Posted July 23, 2020 Author Members Posted July 23, 2020 (edited) Condoms and tampons ... Too late for one of these cuz I’m post-menopausal. The other item not needed too soon cuz not nearly post-men-on-pausal. Edited July 23, 2020 by Riobard Latbear4blk 1 Quote

I agree in general but specifically this post was about refitting common existing (specifically gumball/toy-type) vending machines in a useful way. Quote
