You might be correct, SAS, but I'm not convinced Daddy desires a wider voice. Maybe, if he had the money.

You can't be 100% sure who is writing for Guy Fawkes. I assume the asshole with the username and password is Daddy, and I sincerely doubt he would hand political voice power over to anyone else unless he was truly out of the picture. As long as donations keep coming in, my gut is telling me Daddy's hand is in the till.

Early on, shortly after Hooboy died, Daddy rarely contributed to the board. Sure, he talked about Hooboy's estate and all that drama (which I thought was insane for him to do publicly), but I don't recall any political voice coming from him in those early days. He was mum for a long time.

The bottom line: Daddy is no Hooboy. And he never will be.

That will make it difficult to make any sense out of the history of gay escort review sites.

While I don't consider myself to be "old" (most college kids who work for me peg my age at 46, LOL), I was a member of Hooboy's escort review site before Daddy became the defacto owner of it after Hooboy's death. Under a different username, I wrote many escort reviews on Hooboy's site, and most of those were lost when Daddy started up his continuation.

The basic reason is Daddy was a "program" person who lucked out in getting a job he was only vaguely qualified for. He will never be HooBoy, who was inventive, often hilarious (example: changing hotels in London to post reviews), loved by escorts, and quite talented.

I started posting in the other site around 2000, long before RockHardNYC and long after him (including right now). I did take a long break. The other site was very escort friendly then, and the reviews were much more  important. An excellent first or second review started many very long careers. I particularly remember Kristian from Texas and later California and also Tristan Waters.

HooBoy didn't have to ask for money 

But, he was away a lot in Europe, especially. And he did have a stroke not long before dying. Oz's site, here, is the best of both worlds.

I went to that website to see this for myself. Wow! It's pretty outrageous to single out the guy leading the argument against your point and tell him to give it a rest. Why? What was "Guy" worried about- that he is losing the argument.

@Moondance was kicked out after a minor issue. Some of the other best contributing left on their own: Kenny, sas, and  by far the best female contributor. Others just post photos  in the Gallary now.

That is not quite true. I was intentionally disrespectful a few times, I felt like I had to be. I agree with @Lucky, when the reason is with you, there is no need for insults. The thread had numerous replies, but it was not kind to Lucky. In fact, I was appalled by the public truth telling. Not one person he met and posted said much in the way of praise. That was a turning point for me. That's when I first decided I probably would never meet Lucky in person.

If Lucky wishes to push me with his shameful board antics, I will publish all his written requests to meet with me (and my son). His words have serious stalker appeal. The best way to get my goat: call me a LIAR.

I hear Oz enjoys Lucky. I respect that. No one, not even a lawyer, should be without at least one friend.

Let's face it.In over 20 years of posting one is bound to ruffle feathers, and I have. Yet most of those folks continue to either like me or tolerate me. Some don't.

There is no continuing animosity among board veterans still posting except for RockHard. He doesn't seem to like anyone whom he cannot dominate.

RockHard is a smart guy. He can make some great arguments and I often agree with him. But he loves to insult and loves to tell others what to do.

Years ago, he and I were on friendly terms. I visit New York often and offered more than once to get together with him. He hemmed and hawed, and once even said his son didn't think it was a good idea. I suggested maybe I should meet his son to show him how harmless I am. There was no sexual connotation to it. I don't know if he even has a son. I don't even know if he lives in New York. I don't know if he actually has any connection to Hollywood, even on the fringes. He has built a character here without any real proof that he is telling the truth. I do believe that he masturbates a lot on Newtumbl.com, and I believe that he takes vacations to Sardinia or wherever in Italy he says. He has actually posted pix of that.

Because I have met almost 100 men who post on the boards, people do know me for better or worse. I started the Palm Springs Weekend and people came. Oliver later helped turn it into an even bigger event. So knowing who I am as Lucky is easy. Like me or not, I am here to entertain myself, not you or RockHard.

Finally, in a time of pandemic and systemic oppression of people of color, a time when whites are finally beginning to cope with the idea of white privilege and how it is used to prevent change, it seems odd to have a petty squabble with a poster here. I offer a truce to RockHard, in the spirit of the times and because there are just so many more important things to talk about.

Actually, I have a good memory for political events from Dwight Eisenhower and Harry Truman in the 1950s and 1960s. I remember Vietnam, of course and blunders by Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon.

I remember the war in 1968 and 1969 because I lived in Vietnam then to June 1969
