There are 2 facts right now:

I have to pass on the vote, for which I anticipate an under-report anyway, because it depends on what I can negotiate. On my last (recent) trip I was getting deep venue+play discounts, at least 50% slashed relative to 5 years previously, adjusting for a normally COLA-inflated income (mine), exchange rate hugely my favour, and a minimal degree of bordel and GdeP cost inflation that fell short of overall cumulative price inflation in Brazil. Hopefully, you’re being facetious here.

I understood that part. That wasn’t hard to understand at all. I know how those platforms work and who they appeal to. What I was pointing out, however, is that the end receiver of the webcam can easily record the performance they are watching, using a screen recorder or one of countless video capturing apps. Then, the perpetrator can use it for their own private use, or worse yet, send it through private message or email to anyone they choose, or even worse, post it on message boards, blogs, or hubs like Pornhub or XVideos — all of which have occurred here and elsewhere, including in private groups.

If the garotos you are using are fully aware of all of these possibilities and consent to this in advance, then have at it to your heart’s content. Those are (typically) not the ones I deal with — but they still deserve to be treated with the opportunity to provide fully informed consent.

Two points here: (1) I have never stated it was “disturbing”. I just said it’s not for me. It is impossible to make sure that no one is not going to record the performance (video and/or pictures) and share it as mentionned by SolaceSoul. (I once participated to a group of 10 persons and we shared pictures and comments on the boys on the scene in Prague. One day, a member of the group passed pictures and information to non members.
