Members JKane Posted August 16, 2020 Author Members Posted August 16, 2020 Hypocrite=Republican: He did actually manage to say something human about his brother, but very curiously no info about whether COVID was involved in his death... Nothing about any of the 160k+ others his incompetence has helped kill though. On the other hand: Meanwhile: Latbear4blk and Pete1111 2 Quote

Here is discussion of Woodward's book, that Mattis recognized how dangerous Trump was to the Country. Edited September 11, 2020 by Pete1111 grammar Buddy2, AdamSmith and JKane 1 2 Quote

When Adolf Hitler or Mad Dog Mattis, the Butcher of Fallujah starts talking about people not having "moral compasses" , shit's getting thick. Mattis supervised the Marines who went through Iraq dragging 4 - year old children out into streets and putting bullets in their heads. Trump pardoned the last of these butchers. Mattis had already pardoned all the others . Don't use major war criminals for character references for or against. 1,000,000 Iraqis were butchered by the US. under Mattis. Buddy2 1 Quote
Members JKane Posted September 15, 2020 Author Members Posted September 15, 2020 Can we all just agree that Iraq was a horrible mistake/catastrophe Bush dragged us into. Obama's administration should have done more to end, sooner, and that we need to be ever watchful against the repeat of? Not clear how you help that by railing against the people generally against that war, especially when they are the ones most adamant about ending our dependence on foreign oil, the real trigger for that war and so many other things?
