I spoke with junior tonight, he is in his hometown Ceara in northern Brazil near Fortaleza,  where is is renovating a club he owns there!  It looks fairly large from the video he sent! He told me he is hoping to open Pointe202 April 30th.  I think that’s a little ambitious!! Maybe a lot!
