Bush started while cutting taxes). In 2011, Limbaugh bizarrely claimed that Obama was "the architect of deficits and debt unheard of in this nation." Wow! That's harsh. We better get an update from Rush. I bet he's steaming that we are back to $1 trillion deficits - even though the economy under Trump is "perfect" and growing like never before in human history! What do you make of this Rush?
