The nursing home nutritionist came by my room the other. day. She said no more s'mores. However I'm not giving my daily (half) quesadilla for lunch. They have me on "smaller portions"; less carbs. I don't get a dinner roll and they scrape off frosting on cake. They test my blood sugar twice a day. It's doing good; this morning it was 119 and last night 120.  Sometimes it's under 100. I get an insulin shot every night of 22 units.

I have always had high blood pressure but the last couple of months it's  been good.
