And, it probably adds more garotos to the saunas looking for cash to survive since they will be laid off from their government job. Quote

Older workers or younger workers losing their job is a negative hit to the economy - because paychecks stop. Approaching retirement does not mean the workers are not currently drawing a paycheck.
