caeron Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 To keep doing what I'm doing. I've lost more than 100 pounds in the last couple of years and gotten a ton healthier. Hirsch123, Lucky and AdamSmith 3 Quote

Members Hirsch123 Posted January 6, 2019 Members Posted January 6, 2019 Mine is to start taking my health and fitness more seriously; been to the gym every day so far this year and hopefully can keep it up! Quote
Members RockHardNYC Posted January 7, 2019 Members Posted January 7, 2019 Can't remember the last time I made one. If I want to do something, I don't need the change of year number to motivate me. caeron and AdamSmith 1 1 Quote

TotallyOz Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 I hope to learn to enjoy being a bottom in 2019. I am getting too old to top all the time and I need to learn flexibility. I hope to find a good top who is slow and steady. AdamSmith and MsGuy 2 Quote

nynakedtop Posted January 13, 2019 Posted January 13, 2019 To be more reflective on the events of the previous year. It seems (to me) that the notion of New Year's resolutions has been co-opted by weight loss program and fitness clubs. So let us reclaim what is of value there and make it into something truly consequential and valuable again. A little bit of deep reflection can go a very long way. AdamSmith 1 Quote
Members BigK Posted January 14, 2019 Members Posted January 14, 2019 I don't make resolutions, but I'm endeavoring to exercise more regularly this year an so far so good. AdamSmith 1 Quote

Ain't nothin like getting your ankles bent back behind your ears to learn flexibility. Quote
