WHY WE LIKE IT Buddy Lodge is a great alternative to the cheap accommodation options on Khao San Road. While it’s still budget-friendly, the hotel has clean rooms with great balconies, a fun pool scene, and even its own nightclub. The street is generally loud and packed with drunken backpackers and groups of partiers, but the location is great for some of the city’s best attractions, temples, and monuments. Quote
