What do mean by market “stories”? Fictional, or real-life stories?

Fictional.

They are romance book companies who have somehow created dozens of MPREG stories, want to sell them on Amazon and are looking for someone to do the marketing on Amazon for them.

I like to read erotic stories sometimes and I have definitely noticed an increase in the popularity of MPREG on erotic story sites. It's really strange because its something I feel that has happened recently.
