I will be in Brazil from Dec 21-27 for 6 nights. Should I stay in Rio or stay in both Rio and Sao Paulo. I heard that during the Christmas time Sao Paulo is not as active as Rio, especially after 12/24. I was in Rio 3 years ago. 117 was closed on the Christmas day. The next day it was packed. I haven't purchased my flight yet. I need to decide which city to exit.
