Members JAYBLK Posted August 24, 2018 Members Posted August 24, 2018 Im going to be in Salvador for a week and was considering a side trip to Recife. I'm wondering if anyone has and advise on that plan. I've heard nice things about Recife as a town and was wondering about opportunities for play. Is there a sauna with garotos? I assume I should fly rather than drive or take a bus. Are there not-to-be-missed sights or experiences. Thanks. Alaskabear 1 Quote

Members SolaceSoul Posted August 24, 2018 Members Posted August 24, 2018 As I wrote in this thread: “Recife has 3, possibly 4, saunas with working boys: Blue Thermas, Sauna Progresso and Termas Boa Vista. The 4th is Termas 111, but I have not yet visited it, and I’m not so sure how well visited it is. I heard it is not well visited, by either clients or working boys. Fortaleza has 2 saunas with garotos: California and Dragon. Both are busy. Dragon is newer.” Fly to Recife, don’t go by bus or car. By road, it’s a 10 hour drive with no stops. A R/T flight from Salvador will cost you only about $200 with two-week advance purchase. JAYBLK 1 Quote
Members Latbear4blk Posted August 24, 2018 Members Posted August 24, 2018 Traveling from DC as I am, it is actually easier to get to Recife. In my coming trip to Salvador, I only found flights with a stop in Recife. Quote

Members Riobard Posted August 26, 2018 Members Posted August 26, 2018 Actually, a few months ago LATAM introduced a weekly non-stop: MIA-SSA dep Sunday afternoons, return dep to MIA in the wee hours of Monday morning. LATAM now serves 7 Brasil destinations from Miami. JAYBLK, Latbear4blk and SolaceSoul 2 1 Quote
