What an infuriating website. Two pop-ups while reading the short article, which mentions all of one hotel closing. Then I get a notice that I have only one free article left, probably because while I was reading the first they switched mid-stream to another unrelated article.

I have been a paying subscriber but hate the hassle of having to log in after 3 reads, so I am just going to ration my usage and not renew.

Couldn't agree more with fellow posters.  Does not appear like the most definitive source at least for hard news of what is actually going on in the country, and yes, those pop-up notices do grate!

I got to read about 13 hotels closing since the Olympics, not just one, before the first pop up scared me away.

Yes, my hotel was constantly closing. Whenever there was no one entering or leaving, the automatic doors closed. It happened over and over again.Yes, it is just awful.
