That may be an overly dramatic characterization of my voice, however, my disdain for a guy like deej can't be overstated enough. It took me awhile to learn what others had been saying for a long, long time. And I found out they were absolutely correct.

My list is over six years old. She had more personalities than Sybil back then. She once sent me an email using a fake name to denigrate Oz and the MER site. I still have it. She vehemently denied sending it to me, calling me a liar on the board. When I called her on it by posting a screenshot of the two emails from the same IP address, but with different names,  I got banned. I stopped paying attention to that lying, low-rent bitch long ago. I got banned numerous times for publicly criticizing Daddy's mods. If you want to survive there, you definitely don't want to question their tactics or their ethics. None of those assholes scared me. I didn't care if I got banned. Challenging their stupidity was worth it.

Can you expand on your comment, please? 

I do not understand what you meant. The changes in Friendboys ownership may have affected traffic because they translated into changes in the business model. I do not see the analogy with the alleged loyalty to the owner.

It has been pointed out so many times that when things get slow here, it's inevitable that a thread about the other site would come up. Larstrup said he was under investigation, and that's a matter of interest to the poster here. I wish he had provided more details since his claim seems dubious. I did not know that he was on a timeout here. He should be back in  a couple of weeks and then be able to explain what happened.

I like the way the board is currently going and hope that continues. But I would like to focus here and not over there. So no more investigations for people here who donate there!

"They" still own the rentboy.pro url. The traffic is redirected to the new one. The name changing is not a consequence of a change in the ownership, but of the post SESTA/FOSTA panic.

Things were slow, but they now seem to be picking up, and RockHardNYC is one of the reasons. We have new posters as well, and perhaps a renewed interest from existing posters. Intent matters. I've never had a problem with any forum writer practicing his or her Dorothy Parker. It's often through snark we find the greatest humor in a personality. IMO, Oz is showing promise. I certainly love the new software design with all the white space. This is good news for us gay men who enjoy a fun escort. My apologies for the hi-jack.

@RA1 whom I love (we have never met but here) are like that all the time. I think his politics are insane, he thinks mine are asinine, yet we have great substance-centered battles here all the time on that topic(s), but with no falling out over any personal difference at all.

THAT is one of the many things that is great about this site, and its participants.
