Samba schools and events centered around samba have some of the sexiest local dudes in Rio... You get some incredible culture, can try some local food and learn hang out with locals... People are very friendly and welcoming, you will have an incredible time and may meet a non pay guy(I have some great pictures of local guys from the samba schools)..especially if you speak some Portuguese....
