Has anyone ever successfully hired one of the strippers from Teatron's rooftop bar? When I was there, there were a few guys dancing nude and hard. I figured they were probably available, but my circumstances that particular night precluded me taking action. If you've done it and had any success, can you let me know how it went. Much appreciated.

Going to be virtually impossible at the club, as they cannot solicit while working. You may see many of the same strippers working at Gigolo Erotic House or at the saunas as massage attendants (Saint Moritz, Dagoas) as well, but many are flown in for the weekend as go-go (Fri) + stripper (Sat) from cities like Cali, Medellin, and Bucaramanga to keep the faces fresh. You can pass your phone number with a tip (to the sock) with your request, but don't get your hopes up.

There are several Theatron strippers on Instagram. Some describe having careers or studying something or other. A few seem to cross over into fitness training. The stripper gigs appear oriented to exclusive or supplementary income. They also appear to be kept in line by agents that dominate the provision of club entertainment assignments, in contrast to the North American dancer scene.

The point being is that money may talk if sums large enough to attract attention, and contact may be possible, but my sense is that escorting on the down low is not the MO except those that are cross-pollinated with St M / GEH. You might entice with a trip to Mexico or St Andres / Providenciales etc. Instagram accounts don’t clue you in to the subset that performs at GEH. The chase all comes across as quite labour-intensive.

I hooked up a few times with one guy, a gay club staff member, in Bogotá (paid). He importuned for cash donations after I returned home, so there is that dynamic to contend with as well. Another fellow I met, featured at Theatron at some point in the past but had graduated from that role, and with whom there was social interaction beyond intensely hot erotic when I was there did not request additional cash in our follow-up communication. (Off topic) he had offered to arrange a threesome with a hot dancer friend actively taking gigs at Theatron but scheduling did not work out. The compensation expectations were ridiculously low. Then the pandemic a few months later and intentions to return and strike while the iron was still warm fell by the wayside.

Fortunately, this is no longer true. There is a tunnel that cuts through the mountain and has shortened the ride from the airport into Medellin by half.

Thanks for your posts and solid information.  It was very helpful and It helped me navigate to my first Medellin top.  I did exactly what you wrote and hit them up on WhatsApp.  I have no idea who I was talking to when I messaged them because I never met him.  

So how it went down:

- I suggest messaging Ferchos on WhatsApp a few hours before you go.  There is no point messaging the day before and definitely not earlier than that.  They have a 24 hour default timer on so whatever exchanges happen on Whatsapp disappear after 24 hours.  

 - They/he will not engage in English.  It is Spanish and only Spanish so if like me, you don't Speak Spanish, have google translate or another translate app to go back and forth.  This is essential or you'll get nowhere. The guy is patient so no worries if it takes awhile.  

- They/he will send a pretty substantial number of photos/video's of guys available.  I'd say he sent a good 20.  Most were hot but some so so.  That said, everyone has varied tastes so you get a bit of everything which is good.

- I was asked if I wanted to choose or go with who he recommended based on what I was looking for (I was looking for a top as he asked what you want sexually).  The guys he recommended to me didn't do it for me though, so I chose my guy (which was not easy).  I settled on a Hot mixed Venezuelan as it turns out. I have no idea his age as they don't volunteer that info though i'm sure they will tell you if you ask.  I'd put him between 23-25 - perfect for me... Nice package needless to say

- Once you are set with your choice and let Ferchos know you simply arrange a time and go.  He'll ask if you know the location and as stated - Bliss Suites Hotel.  The prices all in for the Chico, the hotel is 150K Colombian pesos which is not really going to bust the bank.

- When you arrive at the hotel just send him a whatsapp message that you arrived.  Here is where it gets a bit interesting.  A girl actually comes down to let you in.  She asked me if I was looking for a Chica and I said no a Chico.  She let me in and I waited at the reception.  Please note this is a pay by the hour type motel so there will be customers there setting up their own business.  Nobody is judging so no worries.   

- after waiting about 10 minutes (I'm Punctual but this is Latin America lol) - My guy arrived at the reception.  Again, and expectedly he didn't speak a lick of English BUT he was HOT HOT HOT so my excitement level went through the roof.  You pay the Hotel the agreed upon fee.  In this case it was 150K as I stated the above.  So you do not pay the boy you pay the hotel. 

- They then give him the keys to the room and you're set.  The room is clean and had a jacuzzi, disco lighting lol, a fan and well a sex bed that was perfectly fine.

- From there well - you have your session and he certainly didn't disappoint at all.  He was very sweet as a person but a bull in bed.  I was definitely satisfied. 

- That's it you check out and overall a good experience.  Would I do it again - 100 percent.  Sure you are paying but it is safer - especially for me as a newbie in Colombia and you get what you want.

I went in the late afternoon and didn't have any feelings of being insecure walking the streets to the motel.  That said, If going later say after 8 or 830 probably better to take a taxi or uber.

Thanks for this update. It seems that Fercho (the manager) is no longer hosting onsite and, as pointed out by more recent reviews, the services are only delivered at the hotel. The days of enjoying a beer with the boys before choosing are no more. Need to update the listing here -- it has been more than a year since I last visited.

That street is relatively safe and quiet at night as it is a business/school zone. There are always taxis running along Calle 51 (Santa Elena)  is it is a major street running East to West in the city.

Fercho's Masajes has had at least 3 locations (that I know of) over the years in and around this area of Medellín. The move to Bliss Suites (a love motel) happened in December 2020 if I recall correctly.

Hey no problem glad to provide it.  Definitely didn't have any concerns for safety in the area in the day or early evening before 830pm.  

On another note - I stayed at Hotel Gallery in the centro area.  Through my research seamed to be the best hotel for a decent price.  Clean and Modern and I can confirm they allow visitors with I.D check but will charge 30000 Col pesos if they stay overnight.

So Friday night at Theatron is GoGo dancers and Saturday night are strippers? What time would you recommend going?

Others I am certain will correct me, but the strippers (fully nude) at Theatrón in my experience are Saturday nights consistently. Friday used to be mixed company in the Lotus (top level) bar but that seems to have changed so maybe they are having strippers both nights. Did not go when I was in town last.

Colombians like to go out late, but bars in the city of Bogotá must close at 2am by law. So the greatest action is from 11pm onward on Fridays and Saturdays.  The club in only open Thurs - Fri - Sat and the odd Sunday when a national holiday falls on a Monday. Best check ahead -- Colombia has lots of holidays from April onward it the calendar year.

I was at Theatron in December didn’t see any strippers neither gogo dancers I was told only on Saturday's . I hardly can say it's mixed company it was more straight crowded very few gays. I was impressed from the size of the place and the variety of different dancing sections,  the drinks are reasonably priced but my Colombian friend and I found the music very monotonous so we left after an hour.

Fercho's update.... apologies if this has already been reported. Checked in with Fercho's yesterday and it's using a different sex hotel. The Boston Real is sort of between the Bliss and St Moritz. A year ago when I asked to see the available tops I received photos of about 30 guys. Yesterday I got photos of about seven guys. Only one appealed and I don't think the guy that showed up was the one in the photo. The one that showed was probably younger and much better looking. Went by St Moritz late this afternoon and had a lot of fun with a couple of guys. One said it's been 10 days since his last cum and it may not have been a complete fabrication.
