I'm sorry, I'm confused and maybe sound stupid. So he was born with a vagina, right? Then he just did the transition thing? So does he have a penis now? I know doctors can make a vagina for male to female. I'm not sure how it works for the opposite.

Yes, he claims to have a penis now, and from the looks of it, a quite BIG one.
