In an attempt to respond to the following post by Tartegogo, I discovered my travel thread had been moved to the Sandbox. I do not feel I deserved the treatment I received. I will discuss those details privately with Oz, but until further notice, readers may consider this my last post to this board.

For anyone who works in the hospitality business, the entertainment business, the publishing business, or any first class design business, staying in a luxury hotel is indeed no big deal, especially when some other corporate entity is footing the bill. It's certainly no big deal to me, as I'm sure it's no big deal to a lot of men who hire escorts when they travel.

I rarely use the word hate, but I hate TROLLS and I hate liars. In that spirit, I have decided to post a few images of paper from my recent trip: my return boarding pass, and two restaurant receipts. Important private numbers have been redacted.

During the last week of my trip, I had no business planned. It was a week to relax, say a few thank you's, and eat really good food. I decided to visit two favorite places in Tuscany.

Whenever I'm in or near Tuscany, I can't resist my favorite little town of Montemerano, which most tourists have never heard of. For me, it's an old discovery, one I've cherished since working on the movie "Amadeus." It's also home to Ristorante Da Caino, one of my favorite restaurants in all of Italy. I'm a huge fan of Valeria Piccini's genius cucina, and I will do whatever I can to visit her restaurant as often as possible. The menu degustazione is not for the faint of heart, but this is certainly not Paris. 360€ turned out to be $430, not the most expensive dinner for two I've ever had, but well worth every centième d'euro.

La Chiusa is my second most favorite place to eat in Tuscany, also dating back to the early 80's. There are few words to describe the talent, beauty, and elegance of Dania Masotti, chef extraordinaire. A tasting lunch on their Montefollonico patio, overlooking the gorgeous ridge that divides the Val d'Orcia from the Crete Senesi, is pure heaven.

As for the receipts,  nothing proves they are YOURS.    Any bookkeeper for any company would have access to such documentation.... and if I hated Trolls as much as you do,  I wouldnt try so hard to PROVE my authenticity to them.   I would just tell them FUCK YOU and move along !

I've read your posts for many years on both Boards and am never quite sure if they're day-in-the-life, a Board persona, or creative writing.  Perhaps a mix of all three, and probably more.  I know I look forward to reading them.

The other thing I know is that you take time to craft something for us all to enjoy.  As AdamSmith said in another thread, it's a gift and I thank you.  

I'd send some flowers, but there's a small issue in the garden.

I truly have never understood when someone doesn't like a poster or a post that they can't just move on to something else. It baffles me.

I also agree that I am too easy and let things go Wild West here. But, I think grown men should be able to put up with shit from time to time. But, there are always limits.  The growth of the board is important to me but I have never been good at booting people out because they were assholes.  It is my weakness. But, I also appreciate all the work people put into posts.  RH's last post, whether or not real, imagined or just creative, is irrelevant to me.  It was an excellent post and I really enjoyed it. Why people felt the need to piss on it is something I don't get.

On the GayThailand site there is a while group that don't like Fem boys.  So, they need to move on to threads they like.  Why is this such a hard concept to grasp?

I think its about authenticity.  When you are a regular contributor on a site, you kinda develop a kinship with the others there.  Kinda like a sisterhood.   But when one of the sisters is continually putting you down and calling you a "basic bitch" compared to them,  it is IRRITATING.  There is no need for that, but it was kind of what the situation was with the "subject"... He can be whomever he chooses to be,  but must always treat others with respect.  Respect is not a word HE understands.   Its really not about the shit he posts, its the manner in which he posts it, FOR ME....  Trust me,  there is alot of stuff posted here by others that i do Ignore,  but HIS posts just beg a response...

 As for you booting people out, trust me, I have plenty of boot marks on my ass, so if you feel I am a bad influence or buzz kill,  Please, take your best kick....  I have always tried to encourage and promote participation.  But if mine is a detriment,  I wouldnt want to be here.

Forensically speaking, it's challenging to understand why someone would post a semi-redacted boarding pass, which still indicates flight number, date of departure, routing and actual seat assignment. A simple query into the UAL (SHARES) reservation system identifies not only the passenger by this information, but also the original outbound flight and date. (tens of thousands of UAL employees have access to this system ) Also, forensically speaking, it's challenging why someone would redact the actual day of the month on the restaurant receipts, only to provide the month and year. (Europeans place day-month-year)
