TotallyOz Posted November 27, 2008 Posted November 27, 2008 I hope all of you that celebrate the holiday had a wonderful time. I had one of the most amazing feasts imaginable. It was simply divine. Living part of the year in Thailand, I find I miss some of the holidays. I miss NYC and Halloween the most. I would have said I miss Thanksgiving second but this year the meal was just like my family has and it was a true joy. My favorite part of the meal is the Sweet Potato and Pecan mix. What is yours? I, too enjoy the stuffing/dressing and the stuffing I have tasted in Thailand is nowhere near as good as mom made. Another thing I miss is the leftovers. We use to have turkey sandwiches for days and then turkey bone soup. Delicious. Quote

Last night's leftover dinner was better than on thanksgiving. I will be making turkey soup today. Yum!!! Quote
