I or any pilot in a light plane can replicate the movement of the aircraft shown in the video but only for a much more limited amount of time and carefully. Most aircraft, to include the one in the video, are stressed for many fewer negative G's than positive G's. After all, it only takes one to completely counteract your body weight (mass).
