It elevates the carb, and with much less calories than a slice of cheese... It's Grandma's favorite new morning indulgence (unless she's had an overnight Visitor).... Quote

Bagels are carb bombs and exacerbate all sorts of conditions. Just my unsolicited advice. Quote
