I wish I had been able to stay longer, but I was blasted out by the level of the music. That evening I visited every go-go bar in the Plaza; none was nearly as loud Cocktail.

In Bangkok now and the one thing I noticed is that the music is so loud I can't hear my friend say one word unless I bend down and point my ear in his direction and yell "what". I think the bars in Bangkok are not here for the guys who want to see the shows but the women tourists who like to go to the bars to see the show and then out to a disco. IMHO

I think the Sunee Scoop Reporter had long outlived his usfulness! I would rather have informatiojn from a lot of people, expecially those who have no interest financially in the bars or in spreading the word.

Euro Boys is still open and operating normally.

On opening night, the only night I have been to Cocktail bar, Em was in charge. Not sure about the boys from JJJ following the ever-popular mama-san, but that is the rumor.
