I am starting to think about my next trip to Argentina, in July. Therefore I started checking the market and found out good news.

The local equivalent to Boytoy and Daddy's Reviews is called EscortsXP. I never liked it because the level of the discussion was below low, and the comments about providers were not reliable, as the place was plagued with fakers self advertising.

LOL. Thanks for the advise. I actually was responding to an idiot who says there is no racism in Argentina. Anyway, the lesson learned is that in those forums you cannot be as aggressive as you can in the American forums.

I haven't read the original exchange in that forum, but I'm astounded that anyone would make that claim ("there is no racism in Argentina"). During my numerous visits, staying for a month or more, I was appalled by the casual racism displayed by many in Buenos Aires  and in Patagonia. Even well-travelled Argentine professionals lamented that the capital was not as 'white' as it used to be and was becoming more mixed (like London, as they put it).

My apologies if this true story offends but it is illustrative. The most jaw-dropping racism I ever heard was at a dinner party of medical professionals, in a smart restaurant, who complained how much more prosperous Brazilians were becoming. Tho I speak Spanish, I didn't at first understand that when they talked about holidays in Rio and Punta del Este and complained about the 'monkeys'... that they were referring to their Brazilian counterparts

Update on my exploration of the Argentinian forums.

Things over there are pretty different, moderation is strict and merciless. As I shared before, I was timed out for the first time in my life for exchanging some heated words that here or at Daddy's would be just a fresh breeze. A group of members with a strong history participating were complaining about management, they were all banned for ever.

Instead of letting threads die from natural death, the moderators close them. They have edited threads fully erasing posts in a way that they are completely intelligibly. 

My theory is that the owner does not really care about the male escorts forums because his money and the traffic for his website are coming from the female escorts forums.

Anyway, if you are careful you can have some meaningful conversations and exchange useful information. I am traveling with an interesting To Do List.

This is just the beginning.

No @Latbear4blk I don't mean to be a cock-tease. I was simply describing the range and quality of 'below the radar' guys in Buenos Aires who simply wished to augment their incomes.

As it happened, such guys preferred the company of an older foreigner visiting BA. I found that in general they valued discretion and, if seen out with a man. thought it better to be with a visitor than have to explain an older local man to their friends.

On my various visits, I did explore several commercial offerings but I never found any of the type (preppy muscleboys) I like. I found a new resource that may be interesting for the friends planning to explore Argentina. The most popular local beach city is Mar del Plata, a few hours drive from Buenos Aires, by the South Atlantic. I have not visited the city in about three decades, so do not ask me if you want updated experiences and info. It is a very family friendly city, but there is an intense gay local life during the summer (December/February).

I just learned that there is a naturist beach with its own website. According to the local forums, the dwellers are predominantly gay and there is an area where you can hook up and have sex. The descriptions remind me of what I experienced in Abricó Beach, but this Argentinean variation comes with a lot of modern comfort and infrastructure.
