In one month from now, I am leaving for the East coast of South America. It will be 6 days in Rio, 3 days in Porto Alegre, 2 days in Montevideo, 2 days in Buenos Aires + travel time. 
That is all that work will allow me this year. 

It is all booked, so no need to tell me you should spend more time here or there, unless you want to make me feel bad about my choices. 

If you guys are interested, I am planning to do a daily report in this thread of my sex life while over there. I am not going to report the usual touristy stuff (unless I do it with an escort, in which case, his behaviour becomes relevant), there are a thousand books and blogs already about that.

• Made sure all my hotels have a safe where I can leave passport, wallets, iPad etc.
• Not bringing any jewellery or watches. My phone is not one of the hottest ones, so hopefully it won’t bring too much attention. 
• I will not change any currency, I will just withdraw from a bank on arrival, as I always do for all my travels (cheapest by far)
• The sauna and companionship budget has been decided. The cash is available in 3 different banks, so if one debit card fails to work for withdrawals, for whatever reason, I have other cards to try.
• I am bringing 3 wallets, 
    ○ one for dollars, 
    ○ one to keep the local currency + the cards I am not using, 
    ○ and a tiny one “for the day” with just the cash I will need for that day until I return to the hotel, and a debit card to withdraw more in case I want to shower an amazing boy with paper-love. 

Next steps: 

For each city I will try to call the hotel and ask them to organise a car transfer at arrival. It should save me time, this trip is already too short for my liking. 

For sex in Brazil:
My plan is to refrain from all sexual activity 2 weeks before arriving in Rio. I want to arrive super horny and score 4 or 5 times on the first day if I can.

You've not forgotten but rather you're not emphasising one important step IMHO: the transfer from airport to hotel. In Latin America, it's best never to take an ordinary taxi from the international airport to the city. They can be unsafe and robberies 'en route' happen often. 

Rather you should hire a "remise" (car and driver) - usually such firms have a booth or kiosk before you leave the secure area, and the transfer is a fixed price which you can pay with a creditcard at the time of booking. I usually booked these online for cities such as Buenos Aires; some firms offer a discount if you book airport transfers both ways (30% off with the firm I used in Rio). I suggest you google the airports you'll be using to see the major firms.

A smaller point is that you will need some cash money immediately (to buy coffee or bottled water at the airport and for gratuities to the driver, hotel porter etc.) The airport may have an ATM and also a forex kiosk. If you intend to use an ATM in the city, make sure you go in banking hours. And one note of caution: check the notes you get out of the ATM - ripped or damaged notes may be refused later in shops - and at the forex kiosk, count the money again before you leave the counter - first time in Buenos Aires, I exchanged US$200 and the clerk counted the notes rapidly and pushed them at me; I recounted and pointed out it was the equivalent of US$30 short; without apology, he just pushed more notes at me!

With regard to Buenos Aires and Montevideo. Montevideo (Mvd)is a tiny Buenos Aires (BsAs), population is x10.

Even so, you can find 2 saunas in Mvd and  3 gay saunas in Bs As. Unlike Brazilian saunas, there's no boys for rent in bathhouses.
