When I open the site, there's nothing about 50% off for spending miles, apart from a few select European destinations in economy class. There IS a 50% discount for many purchased business class fares valid until Friday. Unfortunately, whilst some bookings will enable flights at any time thru June (e.g. to Hong Kong), Bangkok flights must be taken before early December. Are you based in the US travelerjim? I wonder if it is only available to US-based members? Quote

I did and the total mileage required was 50% of the normal amount required... I had US address..but changed it today to Thailand address... still same mileage required as before for awards: I also tried Bangkok to Los Angeles... came up at 50% OR 60,000 miles + fuel surcharges/taxes. (usually 120,000 miles per BA Award charts from BKK to LAX)..via London. Also did this quote: For example...From London to Bangkok in December... 40,000 miles + 14,635 thai baht. Yet they're keeping it pretty quiet as I got no email - nor is there anything on the website to indicate this. So, many thanks for the info. Quote
