TotallyOz Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 The first episode was last night and it is truly one of the first shows I have seen in ages that I totally enjoyed from beginning to end. bertj 1 Quote

TotallyOz Posted September 28, 2017 Author Posted September 28, 2017 Yes, he is great. He is a perfect choice for this role. Quote
Members marcanthony Posted September 28, 2017 Members Posted September 28, 2017 August Rush is one of my favorite movies, where Freddie plays a savant of a different type (music). And yes I enjoyed The Good Doctor as well! TotallyOz 1 Quote
Guest lurkerspeaks Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Who else realizes that Freddie played the little boy in the Johnny Depp remake of Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory? Quote
TotallyOz Posted September 28, 2017 Author Posted September 28, 2017 I didn't connect those movies to him. I did know he was in the Pyscho tv show and loved it. Now, I have good memories of his earlier movies. Quote
Guest Larstrup Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 Freddy Sizemore and Vera Farmiga were brilliant together in Bates Motel. Of course the storyline and writing were what put them into a distinct class above others of whom have attempted such a re-creation of such a historical film. I was hooked from the very first episode. When I first saw the promotional clip of this new TV series, The good doctor, I was really unsure of what to expect. Since I have yet to see the first episode, I will reserve my enthusiasm for Freddy Sizemore’s capacity as a character actor and hope that he delivers as much excellence to the small screen in this new portrayal as he did with Norman in Bates Motel. If you haven’t watched Bates Motel on TNT, I highly recommend binging on the complete five seasons. The psychological complexities of a troubled young man were brilliantly portrayed throughout the series By Freddie Sizemore. Quote
