I imagine it works the same way as in the US or anywhere else for that matter. 17 years ago, I once took home a hotgogo boy who was dancing on a New York bar. I smiled at him, was very polite, and admired his physique. When he crouched down to speak to me, I stroked/felt his body as I put 2x $20 bills in his socks and I asked if he would have a discreet date later at my hotel. So my view is that it depends on you showing some interest in the young man, being charming and nice, and being very polite. I do not directly ask for an escorting date if others are around to overhear. I have my Whatsapp at the ready, introduce myself and where I am from, and ask for their contact info. They will usually provide it as they are in the business of making gogo bookings as free agents. Therefore, providing their number does not define them as an escort/GP ... some of them prefer to keep some distance from such a label. Some have an entertainment biz card to provide.
