The website as I listed correctly doesn't work for me, but when I go to the site of the source-- it works.  My browser has been acting rather funky for the past week and a half.  That might be the problem.

The address works but the link in the post has an extra "3" in it. Not sure why. 

Not a great site though, no photos. If you go to their google+ link, things get better...

It seems the age of consent in Peru for males is 14. Criminal charges may, however, be brought against an adult who uses "deceit, abuse of power, or the vulnerability of a teenager" to have sex with someone under the age of 18.
