Guest M2Sexy Posted May 22, 2017 Posted May 22, 2017 I was in Colombia and I discovered that Banco Caja Social does not charge an ATM Fee for withdrawals. Most other banks charges 10K fee per transaction. The exchange rate was at market rate. They also have a higher maximum withdrawal 700K COP per transaction, versus 600K at other ATM. Don't bring USD or Euros. The cambios offer about 7% below market rate. Doesn't matter where. It's not safe to bring cash. And you get more from ATMs. Quote
Guest M2Sexy Posted May 22, 2017 Posted May 22, 2017 Capital One Banking does not charge ATM fees internationally. And their exchange rate is also market rate. But they don't have a location in Colombia. So if you use Capital One debit card, at Caja Social bank, you pretty much don't lose any fees Quote
