Last night I stumbled upon a site called Pornhub which had some outstanding videos, with the cutest guys & good production. The one downside is the free versions are in such a low resolution, that it compromises viewing. However, I can have a free 7 day trial and subscribe for £9.99 a month. I would gladly pay that for such fine material. Unfortunately, their site has a lowish 5.7/10 rating on Trustpilot & the Cypriot billing company they use gets 1.7 out of 10, with lots of reviews complaining about double billing. I wonder about other members experiences. 1 Is this normal for the subscription porn sector ? 2 Since the material I want is on paid sites & the subscription is reasonable, should I just go for it and if they try over charging, I just rely on the credit card company to refund any non-authorised payments ? Which the law requires they do. 3 My browser will download videos from the vast majority of websites I visit. Is this likely to work on the premium paid sites ? I always load just $10 more than what is needed, that way they really can't double bill you or continue to bill you once you want to cancel, because the card won't go through. I had issues with Sean Cody. I gave them a regular credit card and they continued to bill me after i had canceled the monthly subscription. It took several hours on the phone before i could get them to cancel me...That was a lessoned learned. Too many free sites to deal with paying someone. Guest Posted February 6, 2017 Share Posted February 6, 2017 Well, I double checked my rights as a credit card user and then subscribed to pornhub, using a credit card I don't use much. What specifically attracted me was a nicely shot video of 2 very cute Asian lads, which was available for free with a fairly poor quality 480p. There was clearly an option to download the same video at 1080p for Premium members. Plus some others of interest. So I took out the free 7 day trial, which of course needs credit card details. Anyway, after joining, there is NO OPTION TO VIEW OR DOWNLOAD THE SAME VIDEO AT 1080P. I checked all the Asian Gay videos and it's pretty much the same sort of thing I can see for free elsewhere. A mix of low def Thai stuff plus some Japanese videos which are as usual pixellated. So I'm already bored of my premium membership. I go to their "Live Chat" option and request cancellation. They confirmed it is cancelled and that I will be billed nothing. Very disappointing to see the video they said I could have in HD is not available. I would have been pleased to pay for it. I received the e-mail confirming the cancellation 35 minutes after the one taking out the account. There is a "pending transaction" of £1.02 showing on my CC account from their billing company. This may be a harmless test, I shall keep you posted. I already contacted the CC company. In my view, there remains an unfulfilled market for good quality HD videos of smooth slim Asian guys. I am sure I am not the only one here who remembers going to an adult "booth" store to watch gay porn. sure the big cities had some real movie houses that had gay porn on a big screen but for most of us it was a selection of flicks on very primitive, very small screens. And the came VHS! a bit better picture and sound followed by DVDs which was a huge improvement. Now it seems everything is digital. And the selection is mind numbing. I am fine with the regular selections on pornhub. I reallllllly don't need an microscopically clear picture of most body parts. But I am easy to please If I was into western males of typical build, no doubt the pornhub freebie selection would be OK for me. There's just not much quality material of smooth Asians & what there is tends to be 480p or below. We've had HD TV for almost 10 years. 4K is starting to be more common on ordinary cameras. What are they waiting for ? Actually, I would be tempted to shoot my own, except perhaps it is difficult to prevent priacy & get paid for all the sales.
