My experience in Buenos Aires

As suggested by members here, the way to go is finding an escort in Argentina is using website....I know, it is dreadful and time-consuming. The most used site is soytuya and revistaratones. Contacting them by whatsapp is possible for most guys, but you could call them if you speak good spanish. I have been using google translate but it is in your advantage if you know Argentinian Spanish. For example, they seems to use arancel as rate but I have no idea what it means as google translate didn't give me any translation. Also, they will quote you a lower rate if you use their language or contact from a whatsapp with Argentinian number. I do have a spare cheap android that I used when I travel. And you can actually change your whatsapp number quite easily without losing the messages if you don't care about the numbers. So I do change my numbers when I change countries. For example, I asked some rates as "tarifas" while I was in Brazil using my braziling whatsapp. Then I learned the word arancel and asked the same escorts with my new Argentinian number when I got to BA, almost always the rates were lower and in some cases by 500 (25% off). Just to give you an idea...

Another trick that I used to ease the process is that you can save the contacts by copy pasting from the website to your google account. Then sync the address book into your cell phone. Now automatically, you will see the contacts on whatsapp after a while if the person is on whatsapp. One thing is that all the local numbers in Latin america makes it complicated, so you want to save the full digits including the country code. Soytuya is good in that was because you can just copy the full digits from there. But it doesn't have the age of the escorts and quite many didn't have face pictures. And some of them were not willing to share face, so I dropped them. But mostly those are older guys.

The rates range from A$800 or 50USD (somewhat around 150BRL) to A$2000. There are a lot of Colombian and Venezuelan escorts who are on the lower end probably because they have more tanned skin ( which is luckily not a factor in my taste) but more white looking guys would charge from A$1000 (Argentinians) to 2000. However, the high end (tall, muscular, hung, white) is really not worth the money in my opinion. You get the same quality in Brazilian saunas for 800(or 150BRL, which is 100 for escort and 50 for the room; you can also meet them in person for 150-200, which is A$800-1000). Look and skin tone wise, you can get the same quality in Brazilian saunas as they have really diverse guys.

Among them I hired a Venezuelan guy, called Ander because he was my type and charged only 800+taxi or 800 at his place. Also, he was the easiest guy to communicate over whatsapp. Very responsive and accommodates questions and requests very quickly. Had a beautiful ass and average sized in the front. Nicely gym body, very tight, healthy smooth skin and good kissing! I cannot address the last part enough because it was so natural and good. Really BF experience. He looked much better than the picture. SO the sex went very well: no erection problem, passionate kissing while topping me etc. And very nice attitude. So I hired him a couple of times because it was just a goo match. 

I also tried another Argentinian because I wanted to try them. My choice was Lio because he looked like Messi. I jusst coulnd't resist...He was also very responsive and have a set voice response to requests. So he doesn't change his price rfom one to another. He had an erection problem but also apologized for it and promised me to give a good time next time but I was already happy with someone who can perform. On whatsapp message he wanted 1000 including everything but when we finished he wanted 1200. I told him about whatsapp. He said something but I didn't understand. I wasn't paying more than 1000 for this experience so I showed the message (no erection problem, 1000 for completo etc). While I was in BA, the selection of boys was very limited. So I tried grindr and sent some random messages asking if they are interested in some cash. The response rate was much lower than Santiago, and can't compare to Rio. In the central area, I saw some massage guys. They seem to charge 400, almost all therapists quoted the same price. I think it is a good price but again the main problem for me was the quality. I just suspect that these guys have no idea of massage therapy, so they will touch you grossly and jerk you off. I want a good massage from sexy guy but that is hard to find. However, I found one promising profile (promising in the sense that good responses, sounded like he knew what he was doing but average look). finally, i met with a guy from Grindr (who doesn't have a photo publicly, so can't share). A bit skinnier than my taste but only 22yo and he is a top with good english. I think he is a student. I asked him how much he wanted, so probably just gave a random number as 1000. I agreed but told him that I expect actions to my satisfaction. My main worry was that he is not professional, thus doesn't know how to handle or satisfy clients. We met at my apartment and he was close enough to try (good thing about grindr guys). He did get hard but I don't think he was attracted to me, so it was not like BF experience, so I finished it quickly and paid without tips.

I walked around a bit and saw two skinny young guys. Both of them were not my type but I saw one of them counting some cash after getting blown, so my guess is that the old guy who blowed him actually paid. So there are some hiring going on there. I wasn't sure about the other young guy but he seemed to like a guy who was in his late 20s or early 30s. Good body, but couldn't see the face very well. The young guy approached him and started jerking him off and giving him a head. So the young guy seemed like a total bottom. But the other guy kept looking at me while being sucked. I also used Tinder to test the water. I have this moe called "successful", I have photos that indicate I am a successful guy. Sometimes I change my profile to this mode when I travel to low income countries, hoping to attract some younger guys who admire successful guys. I usually get some matches wherever I travel. In Argentina, I got only two matches: one argentinian and the other was from Colombia. The colombian guy didn't speak English well so couldn't meet but the argentinian guy didn't even respond to my message. Overall, I felt the guys in Argentina very difficult and a bit arrogant. For example, I had about 10 matches in Santiago in much shorter time and they all responded and wanted to meet. But I couldn't manage to meet any of them because I was busy with sightseeing and hiring boys. Tinder guys are not the escort quality in terms of looks etc but they do give more authentic bf experiences, so I keep that option. It probably worked better in Chile than in Argentina. But I wouldn't even bother opening tinder in Argentina if I go there again. Will explore it more in CHile and Brazil (more to come about it in the next post about Brazil). Also, some guys in this forum suggested guys might be interested in rich guys. I don't dress like a rich guy, very typical american casual dress code. Even so, in many countries I do get checked out or have eye contacts. But in Argentina, I must say I didn't feel anything at all. In contrast, I have got a lot more interests even on streets or in clubs in Santiago. But I was with friends all the time, so I couldn't just go and talk to them.

Thank you for the thorough reporting!  Argentina is sometimes tempting (to me anyway) because there are less hoops to jump through for an American to travel for the first time than Brazil.  But then again it sounds like going to Columbia directly would cut out the middleman and be even easier...
