Finally got to the new Peace Pavilion at Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. 4 floors. Could not get beyond the ground level (modern art) due to extended swooning over a surprisingly extensive impressionist masters collection. One of the rooms has projected on the upper walls and ceiling an evening motif of swaying trees in the moonlight, as if one is situated in the garden of a French salon. Free entry until Jan 15th. Will be back. Not to be missed.
