The usual RIO gay pride parade this weekend copacabana in Nov did not get pulled off, ostensibly due to lack of funds and infrastructure. It is not, I repeat not I REPEAT NOT the new recently elected municipal governance. There may have been some events across the bay in Niteroi but was raining yesterday and I have seen the sights there before. Quote
