Barcelona and Thermas

My 5th visit to this city, incorporating attending this venue 6 times during my most recent stay. 

Based on appearance, of course subjective, I found 6-8 to be hire-worthy. The remaining few dozen were not as cute as a local Spaniard customer who invited me to play offsite with his friend in 3-way fashion.

I spent time with 6 RBs ... 4 Brazilian (2 Sao Paulistas, 1 Carioca, 1 Bahian), 1 DR Santo Domingonian, and 1 Romanian who identified as Transylvanian (though he needed no "cover" for the typical bad rep of guys from that country ... he was startlingly impressive looking). I took a pass on a good-looking built Brazilian who, sadly, almost knocked me over with halitosis.

Two Brazilians are longer-term veterans, pushing 40, a little beyond my age preference, but maintain incredibly fit bods and are quite attractive. They both have incredible skin, non-tatted. One, Marco, is quieter and mellow, has been featured in a vast array of erotica. The other, Alexandre,  is extremely forward, intrusive really, and persistent, but far less obnoxious compared to a few years ago and aiming to please in private. He sometimes advertises in telechapero, etc.

A third Brazilian, Gabriel, tall and very muscular with flawless cocoa skin, was less socially skilled and interactive but an intense turn-on due to looks. He 'cleans up' due to endowment. He may have tattoos ... it is a blur somewhat. I had missed hooking up previous visit a year ago as he was so busy. He does not approach patrons ... no need. A fourth Brazilian, shorter stockier and thuggish, Jorge, not really my type, but I surprised myself by projecting a fantasy onto the experience ... a macho auto mechanic scene in which I became quite excited. Makes it clear getting slapped around is on the menu (not my bag), though I suspect most of the fellows there would accommodate. I saw him dressed stylishly as he left the club, in contrast to my original fantasy, and was surprised at my attraction to him ... he has an almost animalistic quality in appearance. 

Dominican Carlos, young and built, the most Afro-Caribbean of the bunch, fantastic pecs, nips, guns, pits. 

And Transylvanian Robert, a 6'7" built hunk, extensive tats on remarkable silky creamy skin, extremely handsome face ... a true Eastern Promises sauna scene fantasy though almost too pretty to cut it as an extra or secondary character in such a film. Not too extrovertedly interactive but a veritable wet dream.

I took the 10 Euro cabins ... the freebie rooms remain on the gross side.

I have sucked the marrow from the bone in terms of tourism in the area, ranging from Valencia to west, Montserrat to north, and Figueres to east. I will not be back to Barcelona because Thermas was really value-added for trips only insofar as it offered a nice and enjoyable attraction to round out the total experience of visiting the area. I would go semi-regularly if I lived there, or if such a place existed where I live now.

I like to spread out the RB experiences, so condensing it all into a week here a week there through the year is not optimal. Like living in a sexual 'Gobi desert' and then overdoing it at the occasional oasis.

That said, I found all the private experiences at Thermas to be intensely thrilling and arousing. But a lot of "dead time" hanging out holding out for the right matches. As many of you know, there is little in the way of entertainment and other time-filler activities compared to Brazil sauna clubs.

I also have a weakness for novelty and Thermas seems to have maybe a handful of new fellows of interest each year, so fickle and emotionally immature little old me thrives better in Brazil where hot guys, in comparison, seem to multiply at a head-spinning rate.

In Barcelona this time, I also had a mediocre Airbnb experience ... I am usually lucky enough and savvy enough to strike gold, but life is a box of chocolates and occasionally you get a turd-cream centre. On a positive note, that impelled me to side-trip to Valencia to take in the sights in that very appealing (3rd largest) city.

Been in BCN 2 days now. 

Weds and Thurs there about 20 guys around 7pm. Mostly the same both nights.Of those maybe 4 or 5 were ok. I went with 2 each night.

The first was the one I repeated next n8ght. He lists as Briantop on Rentmen. Very muscular with large rock hard dick.What attacked me tho was his perfect firm butt. Altho his butt seems receptive he insists it is not. He kisses and sucks great.

2 things people need to understand about Thermas:

The money is paid straight to the guy so I guess other amounts could be discussed. 

The larger bed cabins downstairs are €10 per hour. 

You can buy 5 admissions for €50.

WiFi is only in the downstairs bar.

I'm hoping the weekend will bring new guys.

Miller...depending on when you go in August and how attractive you are, there will be no need to pay as there will be TONS of hot, horny guys in Barcelona for Circuit Fest and the month of August is HOT for sex and hot guys in the city

update: There are indeed bottoms at Thermos. Already had 3 today and two yesterday. Two tall muscular very young Brazilians.....Gabriel and Lucas. 

For $10 an hour the special rooms are worth it.....regular sized bed, much cleaner and in some the air conditioning actually works. It does not in any of the small free cubicles.  Room H1 is the best I've had and the only one where the air conditioning was great. Thermas has a serious problem with no air conditioning in most of the rooms.

50E ($60 after conversion fees) is good for decent sex in a cubicle. In Florida that would be 3 songs at Boardwalk or at le Boy 15 minutes in a cubicle with a guy doing whatever you agree on. Personally I prefer the $100 for an hour in my hotel bed. The 30 minutes for $50 at Thermas usually ends up being 15 or 20 because no one has a watch or clock (bring a watch !), while an hour date often extends past 1 hour.  I stayed at the gay Two by Axel Hotel 2 blocks away for this reason. In the future I would choose the Chi Hotel which is closer and much nicer. Both are 4 stars but Two is a little cheesy.

This is Brianhard from Romeo who is at Thermas every day around 4-8. He lives 4 blocks away and does in calls. He's well over 30 and Argentine. Top only but great. Since I'm a top,  I've had him in 3 somes both topping bottoms. What an agressive Fuck ! Super nice guy and speaks good English.

Also. There are several hotels close to Thermas. I'm staying at the Two by Axel gay hotel. I wouldn't recommend it though. For the money the Hotel CHI across Gran Via is much much better and a block closer to Thermas. The Open and a couple others here may be less.

For location hotels around the original Axel are better as that is the center of everything.

Tassojunior, thank you for the hotel recommendations. Was thinking of staying at the Two but will plan for something else, I don't mind staying somewhere farther away and cabbing it there.

Be aware that Uber has been banned in Barcelona so cabs are pretty expensive. 

The ride in from the airport by cab is close to $40 but there is a train for $4.50.

I'm paying a "special" rate of $165/night at the Two but I noticed today that Expedia has it for tonight for $88. Now if you could that rate it would be worth putting up with the poor design of the Two. For the same $165 I could have gotten the CHI across the Gran Via which is closer to a 5 Star while Two is closer to a 3 star, (although both are 4 Star). 

I did get two guys to come to my room for the same price because they didn't have to pay to enter Thermas and it was a block down. Others asked to stop by on the way to Thermas or upon leaving.

Just to ad to the transport info on Barcelona...

There is a cheap and fast 'Aerobus' service from the airport. It stops at Plaza Espana (the large square to which Thermas and the hotels mentioned above are close). It too costs less than $5.

Within the city, the Metro/subway is cheap, fast and air-conditioned. The ticket-machines take credit-cards.  If you plan to use it often, buy a T-10 ticket which gives you 10 trips within the city for less than $1 each. The T-10 can be used by more than 1 person; it just has to be validated each time.

I stayed last time near Plaza Catalunya and it was less than 10 euros to the Sauna. I think that would be ok. Or,  catch a metro which is nearby. Anyhow, thanks for sharing. I'm living vicariously through your postings   My two buddies from new york and I are planning a trip there later in the fall...lol. Yes, the interactions in the spa are usually limited to around 20 minutes, but that gives you more time to cruise and sample more goods!

I had the same problem when i just got the address and was walking up and down the street looking for it, the numbering is not sequential on that street- or i must have exited the wrong side of the station and walked up and down another street looking for it. Look it up via google maps, it is in the direction of the Miro park when you exit the metro Rocafort. The entrance is not screaming sauna, but the address is well labeled on the outside Diputacio 46.

Yes, while not visable from the sides because the front is indented by a foot, those 4 blue logos say Thermas Sauna in bold letters with an image of a nude man. The address is 46 though, not 29.
