Yes, I did go to see him uninvited and unannounced. 

I had to do that unfortunately being how vindictive and nasty he's been towards me by blocking me every way possible from communicating with him. I went there to try and reason with him and clear up alot of misunderstandings that's occurred in the past year. 

Needed to also warn him of this potential court case I'm considering on filing of the rape that took place in 2014 that he advised I didn't press charges on.

Other fellow escorts along with the attorney that'll be handling this advised I go confront him with this serious matter personally being we had a close knit bond so the site won't be in danger of being seized/shut down eventually being his name has been placed already in a federal indictment with Rentboy.com scandal, and if this drama with the rape in DC leaks out further to the public that alone will tragic to a point his website could eventually be shut down. 

Had no choice, Lucky but to see him in person in order to come to some sort of peace to where I wont have to take this escort to court which will be beyond tragic for him, but for those involved having to go to court who where witnesses and quite aware of what happened.

"He" is quite aware as well who the escort was that violated me, and if this goes to court it'll be ugly for everyone involved and I'm trying to avoid that from happening being he was the very one who advised NOT to press charges to begin with being it'll ruin the escort career not to mention his reputation.

This escort already seems to have a reputation of such crossing boundaries with other clients from what I've been informed and "he" himself told me and another escort it's been reported to him even of this escort going too far when it comes to not respecting boundaries with other clients. 

It's unfortunate I had to endure this escort violating me in front of other clients who were present during this demo that took place, but was advised by the owner of the other site was to leave it alone and" let it be" to keep peace, and that's what I did to not ruffle any feathers with him or other escorts. 

Apparently by me keeping this "violation" quiet to everyone's satisfaction within management and escorts only caused me more harm than good in the end. Need to follow my therapist advice, and take action being I was wronged being taken advantaged being violated in such a way.

Can't let others keep getting away with doing you wrong to keep peace as it seems the theory to not say anything to keep peace from all the hell I've encountered from this awful experience hasn't worked, and caused me a lot of hurt and a lot pain that needs to be finally resolved.

May even come to a point according to the attorney that if this goes to court that forum events including the 2017 PS event may not happen being that too can become quite a horrible mess if the DA or local authorities decide to crash any part of that weekend event and arrest people. That alone will not only a nightmare, but can cause those that attend to be in some mighty big trouble with the law and possibly fined if that find any "lewd" activity taking place.

It's not me who came up with this theory. The district attorney in NYC came across some evidence from a past thread where some "lewd" conduct was performed at one of the pool parties there in a previous year. It had something to do with a porn star and former EOY doing some risque acts maybe that shouldn't have been announced in public or outside the pool party. 

I have been put on notice from the attorney that other escorts and clients that I'm close to or in touch with need to be informed that the forum events are being "monitored"(whatever that entails) and have been for awhile after the whole Rentboy.com fiasco got started. 

This is one of the reasons I needed to see "him" in person that maybe if this case goes further that having these events wouldn't be a good idea, but he didn't give me a chance to explain as I told him he'd wanna hear what I had to say. He refused, therefore I'm moving forward with the case.

A friend of mine suggested I ask all of you here on the forum how would you handle my situation of being "violated" at this Demo in DC and being asked by a mentor to not say anything or press charges for the sake of this escorts career.

Then in the end two years later, get burned and crossed by this so called mentor who ended up being a douchebag to me in the end after honoring what he felt was best I do for the safety and sake of my career. 

If any of you were in my shoes how would you handle this matter? 

I wanted to press charges two years ago, but was asked by others not to in order to keep peace with those I was close to, and so the owner of the other site wouldn't toss me away (which he would threaten to do several times whenever I wouldn't obey what he asked or demanded). Yes, he bully me alot whenever he couldn't have his way to get what he wanted out of me or others.

Tolerated that sort of immature foul behavior from a 60 year old man for two years, and finally one day got sick of being manipulated by him and his followers(who turned on me as well unfortunately to say the least). 

I was(you can say) caught between a rock and a hard place being threatened I would lose the respect and friendship of those close to me at the time if I jeopardized this escorts career by pressing charges.

There will be no prosecution for rape. It's two years after the fact, for one.That's a big deal.  It's apparently your word against his in court, and just from this website and Daddy's your alleged rapist can find many people who would testify to low credibility on your part. Many jurors don't believe that men can be raped, so you'd be up against that. They'd consider your size and the kind of work that you do. They'd consider all of the personal disagreements you have on these sites to show that you accuse many people of many things. What DA in his or her right mind would want to go through that? I'm gonna warn most of you that it's never wise to underestimate people like some of you do on BOTH sites at times.

Alot of you seem to say I won't do something to get even with someone who's wronged or burned me, and be proven wrong in end every single time.  

Killian James kept testing me in the same way thinking he was untouchable to be nabbed by the balls cause he was a "privileged" white boy who can do or say anything nasty he wanted to black people - even to a point of calling me or other men of color a "N"  and look what happened to him eventually as he too "tested" me many times when I peacefully asked him not to. 

Never say what someone will or will NOT do as you could be proven wrong BIG TIME. 

Members from BOTH sites kept testing me thinking I wouldn't go and confront the owner of the other site, but I did as I flew 2,000 miles to try and make peace to not pursue a case, but instead he wants be a douchebag, so I'm gonna be an asshole back by giving him what he wants - a drawn out war. 

If I didn't want to make peace or try to come to some sort of resolution before taking the matter to court, then why in the hell would I spend money and time to fly way to Las Vegas to do so? Obviously one must have a kind heart to put themselves through that much trouble to try and make things right.

It's not like he was a saint at all in ANY of the drama that's transpired in the past year, and I think it's about time he quit being an asshole and face the music that he's fucked up as well as anyone else in regarding this whole mess with the EOY/Rape dramas.

Again, NEVER underestimate someone's capabilities in getting even as that can backfire as many of you from BOTH sites keep doing and find out in the end If pushed far enough I can be a bad bitch in the end.

I maybe a nice guy, but can be at times not a nice person when I've been done dirty or crossed, and trust me, I have been horrifically crossed by many on the other site. 

I didn't deserve at all for the hurt and pain I've endured, and now it's payback for all the awful and horrible things that's happened to me from these animals who's I thought were my friends and now gonna get finally what's coming to them on my terms. 

Tolerated this bullshit from these assholes for 2 years of being bullied, put down, racially insulted, and even gaslighted by the owner of the other site behind the whole EOY scandal.

Tried to forwarn "him" of what's to come of a possible court case towards the escort in question of the rape by visiting him personally (peacefully at his residence I have been to many times for dinners and to hang out), and he wouldn't listen to a point of calling the police on me.

He called the police to be vicious and nasty, and now I'm about to be as vicious and nasty as he was to me for which he's not gonna like one bit.

Even went as far lying to the LV police operator stating I was outside his door in a black hoodie and gear to make out to be a criminal in some form of way.

Yes, he had the LV police operator on his speaker phone so I can hear his conversation with the police department on the other side of the door.

The man is pathetic, and gonna see he get his eventually, and won't stop til I do. 

So now, it's on to the next phase of my plan which is about to get pretty ugly now at this point. 

So stay tuned as the madness and drama between me and him will be pretty interesting as let's say 2017 may not be so good for him or the other site AT ALL in various ways as he's fucked over the wrong bitch for the last time.
